Here are two of my favorite NOLA photos, the first one is extremely close to my heart, a young black father and his son making their way through downtown. These are the everyday people of New Orleans, the represent the spirit of this city and capturing their soul is very personal to me.
In this second picture, I was shooting the sunrise with local artist Westwego, and the feeling was hard to put into words. To watch the beauty of this city outside of just the people is magical, my favorite thing to do in NOLA is to watch the sun rise over the river, this feeling makes me feel as though there is so much left here to explore, and there is, and always will be.
